Assembly honors survivors during Holocaust Remembrance Week

Semyon Kosoy of Concord was only two years old when Nazis invaded his hometown. He remembers his mother sitting him on top of the bricks that the prisoners were forced to make in the concentration camp so that he could feel warmth. Assemblymember Grayson was honored to recognize him on the Assembly Floor and have his story told.
