(SACRAMENTO) – Assemblymember Tim Grayson (D-Concord) has announced that he is delaying any further consideration of Assembly Bill 1905, the Green Transportation Development Act, during this legislative session.
“This bill is the result of extensive discussions among a diverse group of stakeholders: transportation agencies, environmental groups, transit advocates, and regional planners,” said Assemblymember Grayson. “We have made significant progress in addressing obstacles that are holding up transportation projects to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. I remain optimistic that we can come up with a workable proposal towards meeting this goal.”
Assemblymember Grayson will be continuing discussions on this bill over the next several months.
Assemblymember Timothy S. Grayson represents the 14th Assembly District which includes the communities of Clayton, Concord, Martinez, Pittsburg, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Benicia, and Vallejo. For more information, please visit https://a15.asmdc.org/
